I ordered from impressbeauty.com and ended up needing to return it, and the whole refund process was a headache. I had to email them more than once, and every reply felt like the same copy-paste “sorry for the inconvenience” message without actually telling me anything useful. It really seemed like they were just dragging it out and hoping I’d stop following up. I did eventually get my money back, but it took way too long. I wouldn’t order from them again.

I was expecting my actual order to show up, but when the package arrived, it had the wrong stuff in it. Frustrating because I was looking forward to using what I ordered, and now I have to deal with getting it fixed.

Am I the only one whose delivery is taking forever? It’s really late and it still hasn’t arrived

The order showed up on time, so no issue there. But right away the packaging didn’t look quite like what I’m used to, and the product itself felt different from the one I normally buy. I’ve noticed when packaging looks even slightly off, the product usually ends up being old stock or not the real deal, so that’s kind of where my mind went. I can’t prove anything for sure, but it made me uncomfortable enough that I probably wouldn’t order it again

As someone who likes to get things sorted quickly, the slow support replies were frustrating. It took days before I heard back, which made the whole experience feel a lot more stressful than it needed to be.

I ordered a couple of beauty items from impressbeauty.com, they looked a lot better online than they did in person. I’ll give them credit, the photos definitely know how to make the products seem fancy.

One of the items felt cheap, and the packaging showed up a bit damaged. It still worked, so I guess that’s something, but it definitely didn’t feel like the quality I expected for the price.

Shipping was fine and not a total headache, which is probably the best part of the whole order. I’m giving 2 stars, but I don’t think I’d buy again unless they step up the quality a bit

The quality was fine, nothing terrible, but I don’t think it’s worth what they’re charging. The company makes it sound all premium and special, but it mostly felt like regular stuff with nicer wording around it. I’d probably only buy again if the price came down

I was disappointed when my package showed up with the box completely smashed. I expected it to arrive in better condition.
